Flow is a quick and simple brain workout. Do four fast-paced exercises to get your brain started and focused. Now youre ready to tacle the days work! Think of it as a warmup routine for the thinking muscles.

All games in Flow are fast-paced, time-limited, and target various brain functions - perception, attention, memory, and so on. Concentrating on these games for 5-10 minutes can help you clear your mind and become more alert. So warm up before diving into focused work or learning.


FOUR GAMES TO START WITH

1. Quick Thinking: Test your reaction time. But you must think before you act.

2. Passcode: Memorize a sequence of numbers. Then enter the same sequence.

3. Number Run: Run through a grid of numbers in ascending order.

4. Pair Exercise: Find pairs of symbols as fast as you can.
